The suit further alleges that the Hard Rock aimed to bring in its own rival steak spot, Council Oak, that “would irreparably damage Robert’s business” - but has shifted gears to call the restaurant Council Oak Fish as a “wolf in sheep’s clothing.” (The eatery’s owned by Robert Gans, of gentlemen’s club Scores, who claims in court docs that his properties have undergone a $30 million renovation to reopen in Atlantic City.)
